This is ONLY hardware - a card reader. We do not provide any software for reading specific bank cards or ID cards. Whether you can read a card or not depends on the regulations in your country and your bank / authority. To read bank cards, ID cards or CAC cards, you need software from your bank or card provider. Contact your bank or the card issuer for software.
This reader cannot bypass security. It only reads the chip if you have the correct software and PIN code. It does not work for contactless cards (NFC).
